The Ryan’s Well team consists of a passionate volunteer Board of Directors, Staff, Advisers, and Regional Partners who share Ryan’s belief that ordinary people can do extraordinary things. They provide a broad range of skills and insights, as well as a shared commitment to making the world a better place by delivering safe water, sanitation services, and WASH training to those in need.
STAFF
Ryan is the founder of Ryan’s Well Foundation and has been fundraising for clean water projects since the age of six. He attended the University of King’s College in Halifax, Nova Scotia, and graduated in 2014 with a Double Major in International Development Studies and Political Science. Now as the Executive Director, Ryan is determined to reach his goal of solving the world’s water problems by providing access to clean water, sanitation and hygiene education in the poorest regions of developing countries. He is happy to continue to help spread the Ryan’s Well message of how you can make a difference at any age.
Originally a neighbour of the Hreljacs’, Connie Jensen began her career with Ryan’s Well as a volunteer. Now the Administrative Officer for 10+ years, Connie aids with general inquiries, fields donations, and offers incredible support to the rest of the Ryan’s Well team. If you ever need a question answered, Connie would be happy to help you!
Susie is thrilled to return to the Ryan’s Well team, having worked for the Foundation in 2013-2014. She holds certificates in both Public Relations and Social Media Management from the University of Toronto and Carleton University in Ottawa. Susie is excited to share the many positive messages of Ryan’s Well on a variety of platforms.
Yessey Ndyamuhaki brings a wealth of experience in public health, food security, and livelihoods, gained through his work in Uganda, Israel, the USA, and Canada. He holds a Master of Environmental Science (Research) from Nipissing University and is a former trainee at the University of Minnesota. Passionate about fostering collaboration to create a better world, Yessey focuses on supporting communities that lack access to clean water, sanitation, and hygiene education. He currently oversees project implementation in partnership with local partners worldwide.
